Chip Wyatt, CFM

Prior to moving to the Lowcountry in 2016, Chip worked in Central and Southeast Virginia in the stormwater division of a regional civil engineering consulting firm and was heavily involved in MS4 program plan compliance, stormwater master plans, drainage improvement projects, BMP design, and TMDL compliance. After moving to Charleston, he began working for a local civil site development design firm on projects ranging from mixed use development, single family development, roadway improvements, drainage design and hydrologic and hydraulic studies. Chip's work also included a heavy emphasis in floodplain management requirements and FEMA, State and Local regulatory permitting. Additionally, he has extensive experience in dry utility design, permitting, and horizontal directional drilling design and inspection. Chip is a ASFPM Certified Floodplain Manager in South Carolina and also is a SCDHEC Certified Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Inspector. In his free time, he enjoys being on the water, fishing, cooking and watching Clemson football. 

Andy Bajoczky, PE

Andy grew up in Florida and developed a love for coastal ecosystems from young age. After graduating from Clemson University in 2011, he worked in Louisiana, North Carolina, and Georgia prior to moving to Charleston. Over the course of his career, he has worked on both public and private site development projects including single family residential, commercial, light industrial, and institutional sectors. In addition, Andy has managed and delivered municipal capital improvement projects including water and sewer utility extensions, sidewalks and multi-use trails, roadway improvements and streetscapes, as well as parks and recreation facilities. Andy holds PE licenses in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. In his free time you'll find Andy fishing and cruising the area waterways with his wife Olivia, son Wallace, and their two dogs.

Connor Zrinzo

Civil Design Engineer

Connor was born in California and moved to the east coast at a young age. He served in the United States Air Force as an aircrew member on a Boeing C-17 aircraft while stationed in Charleston SC. During his time spent in the US Air Force he has traveled to 42 countries, was deployed twice, and received numerous awards and medals. We thank Connor for his brave service to our country. After his military career, Connor attended The Citadel and recently graduated in May of 2023. In his downtime Connor enjoys the outdoors with his family and two dogs along with swimming and fishing. Connor is a new, proud dad.

Luke grew up in Bamberg, South Carolina. He graduated from Clemson University in May of 2023. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Barrier Island Engineer, he spent his summers doing land surveys and civil site designs. He also has interests in areas of Residential, Commercial, Industrial Site Development and Stormwater Management Design. Luke enjoys being outdoors. His hobbies include playing golf, recreational hunting, and fishing. Luke enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and his dogs.
